I like this! I take two tablets twice a day, 20-30 minutes before meals. My joints have almost ceased to crackle, whereas previously it was dreadful. Although I added hyaluron and collagen in the second month, I noticed an improvement after just two weeks. The capsules are intensely coloured, so drink plenty of water! I plan to continue with a third bottle before taking a half-year break.
